The latest edition of the monthly “Jobs Report”, which will look at the month of July, is set to come out this Friday. The data in the report, specifically the unemployment rate and non-farm payrolls, will impact decisions from both investors and the Federal Reserve. Given the impressive GDP numbers released last week, many analysts believe a positive jobs report could lead to a significant rate hike in the month of September.
Last month, the website GoBankingRates.com published a list of the “10 Best States for First-Time Home Buyers”. The list generated its results by looking at the number of first-time home buyers in each state over the last decade, comparing those numbers to the foreclosure rates in each state over the same timeframe.

Pamela Riesenberg presented this scholarship to Melissa on June 4th at the Windham Endowment for Community Advancement Award Ceremony.
